Well I’m a little behind on blog posting as evidenced by the fact that Kari and Eric were married last weekend at The Old Laurelhurst Church (followed by one amazing party at Oswego Lake Country Club) – you MUST check back in a few weeks to see their stunning wedding day images! Anyway, back to their engagement session…. we planned to do the shoot downtown around Kells which is where they first met! We had it scheduled during a busy Rose Festival weekend evening and despite the crowds, we made the most of it and had a great time. I think Eric was a bit leery of the idea of an engagement session at first, but as we were wrapping up he admitted to having a blast and being so glad we did it. Plus it made the wedding day portrait session SO FUN, easy and he knew just what to expect! Kari and Eric, you’re a most awesome couple and I hope you’re having a fabulous honeymoon – and thanks for such a fun e-session experience!

Jennifer and Chris were married at The Governor Hotel on May 15th, surrounded by their beloved family and friends. Jennifer planned each and every detail perfectly, down to the couture jewelry she rented for her fabulous, fun bridesmaids, her gorgeous Royal Steamline stationary and the surprise Trail Breakers performance especially for her new husband, a tried and true Blazer fan! Everything was absolutely beautiful as you will see in the images, yet remembering their day, what I love most of all is the connection Jennifer and Chris share. Cheers to love, your amazing family, a wonderful wedding, a rockin’ reception, new friendship (double date at Iron Horse needed ASAP!) and your new life together! Enjoy your slideshow!
