Had a blast with these two lovebirds and their dogs a few weeks back! It was so fun shooting somewhere new, too! We had the session on the other side of the river (in Vancouver). I can’t WAIT for your wedding, Alisiha and Bill!!!! You guys are fabulous! Enjoy your Slideshow!
Sara + Ryan had the most amazing wedding day. My jaw dropped when I saw Sara getting ready – her hair, her makeup, her custom made gown, her grandmother’s antique lace bridal cap – she was radiant and so gorgeous. And Ryan, what an amazing guy… the two of them are a match made in heaven. I was lucky enough to have Tony photographing alongside me. We always have a great time shooting together and this day was no exception. As always, the Pelican Pub + Brewery
in Pacific City was perfect and we lucked out with awesome weather. The ceremony was beautiful.. and the party which followed was a total blast. Sara’s mom kicked off the celebration with a very well performed song – she was accompanied by a hot live band! The toasts, cake cutting (which got really messy), dances – everything seemed extra special. To top it off, Sara + Ryan enthusiastically agreed to a sunset session – they frolicked and played in the gorgeous light and the water for us for about 10 minutes and I’m thrilled with the imagery which resulted! Sara + Ryan, I’m so fortunate to have met you and to have had the pleasure of being a part of your wedding day. Congratulations! Can’t wait to start working on your album! My friend Jules (we met through Bella Beach) recently had visitors – and not just ANY visitors – her mom and best friend came from the mid-West for a visit to the Oregon Coast! The three of them stopped in for portraits on their way to the Portland Airport for their return trip home. We had a grand time of it! Check out some of my favorite images! Sara and Ryan booked us online and I hadn’t had the opportunity to meet them until the evening of their engagement session which was just a few days before their wedding! We hit it off immediately! Our e-session at the Grotto was so much fun we decided to go to dinner together! These two are amazing and I can’t wait to blog their beautiful wedding images in the next day or so – stay tuned! Christiane and Curt were married on 06.07.08 at the beautiful Jenkins Estates! I was photographing another wedding but Christiane and Curt were in the fabulous hands of associate photographers Simone and Angie! Christiane was breathtaking, Curt was dapper and they have an intense love for each other which comes through in photos beautifully! The ceremony was lovely and the light magical. Very fitting, don’t you think? We wish you two the VERY best!
Our busy season is in full swing and we’re busy meeting amazing people, photographing weddings and portraits, designing albums, slideshows, and filling print orders. Today Angie and I worked on wrapping up the mini session orders! Below is one of my favorites – and Kara and Todd ordered a 20×30 wall canvas for their dining room! I can’t WAIT for it to arrive AND to hear about how it looks in their home!
